1. Peeling

3. Crack defects
Phenomenon: Partial gap and cracks

7. Abrasion
Phenomenon: Red rust-colored wear powder particles are produced on the mating surface
Cause: ①Insufficient interference ②Small bearing swing angle ③Insufficient lubrication, or in a non-lubricated state ④Non-stable load ⑤Vibration during transportation
Measures: ①Check the interference and lubricant coating state ②Inner and outer rings are packaged separately during transportation, and preload is applied when they cannot be separated ③Reselect lubricant ④Reselect bearing

In addition to the above-mentioned damages, rust corrosion is also common. It is mainly manifested as partial or complete rust on the bearing surface, showing rust in the shape of the moving body tooth pitch. The main reasons include: poor storage status, improper packaging, insufficient rust inhibitor, intrusion of water, acid solution, etc., and directly holding the bearing by hand, etc. Measures such as strengthening sealing performance, regular inspection of lubricating oil, and attention to the use of bearings can be adopted.
