2. Check whether the air conditioner of the excavator is started? If the air conditioner is started, it is recommended to check whether the excavator is still boiling at high temperature after shutting down the air conditioner. If the excavator can work normally after the air conditioning is turned off, the reason for the failure of the equipment is still high temperature after cleaning the water tank is that the air conditioning sensor is damaged.



3. Check whether the excavator hydraulic oil temperature is high? If the oil temperature is high, it may also cause the excavator to open the pot with high water temperature.

So the excavator maintenance master began to carefully exclude every detail, and found that the circulating water pipe of the engine is also the same size as the caliber of the water pipe, but the caliber of the small circulating water pipe is relatively large, resulting in the cooling water of the engine is still in a small circulation state, and most of the water has not been dissipated to form a high temperature state.
