Key points of judgment:

When not walking or walking slowly, the main drive shaft rotates quickly and forcefully, and when the engine speed is increased, the speed of the main drive shaft is significantly disproportionate to the front and rear drive shaft.

The oil pressure of the neutral gear and the remaining gear is normal, and the pressure drops obviously after hanging the gear.

Cause of failure:

1) The bearing cover or nylon ring is seriously worn.

2) If the bearing cover or nylon ring is good or slightly worn, it is confirmed that the inner and outer sealing ring of the clutch is poorly sealed.

Elimination method:

Replace the corresponding damaged parts, namely the bearing cover or nylon ring, the inner and outer sealing ring, and readjust the clearance between the shaft sleeve and the bearing cover.

Failure analysis: A gear walking weakness or no walking, can eliminate the torque converter, walking pump, pressure reducing valve and other common oil circuit and components of the problem, the fault occurs only after the transmission control valve to the gear clutch piston between the oil circuit. After the bearing cover, nylon ring, inner and outer sealing ring and other weak parts are worn, the oil supplied to the clutch piston cavity leaks from the wear part, resulting in a decrease in oil pressure. Neutral or other gear because the oil does not flow through the wear part, so the oil pressure display is normal.
