Oil principles for small excavators

1 Lubricating oil should not be mixed with recommended oil or diesel. It is easy to drain grease by mixing the recommended oil or diesel into the lubricating oil.

2 Do not use hydraulic oil instead of fuel. Hydraulic oil will develop a paint film that is difficult to remove during combustion and will increase wear after replacement.

3 Do not use recommended oil instead of gear oil. After replacing the gear oil with the recommended oil, the drive train gear does not simply hang the oil film, which will cause the early wear of the drive.

4 Do not use recommended oil instead of brake oil. Replacing the brake oil with the recommended oil can cause the rubber parts of the brake system to swell, causing defects in the brake.

5 Do not mix diesel or gear oil into the advice machine. If it is suggested that the oil be mixed with diesel or gear oil, it will damage the additive in the oil, which will sensitively degrade the oil, and the wear of the components will increase.

6 Do not use gasoline oil instead of diesel oil. Otherwise, the oil is simply oxidized and degraded, and will also damage the corrosion-resistant diesel bearing bushings.

7 Old oil should not be mixed with new oil. When the old and new oils are mixed, the oxidation and disintegration of the new oil will be accelerated, reducing the use time of the new oil.
