In the past two decades, excavators have developed by leaps and bounds in terms of circuits and hydraulics. Today's excavators can be said to be everywhere in terms of circuits, and there can be different classification methods according to electrical components and networks.

According to the correlation of the loop composed of each component, it can be divided into associated loop and non-associated loop.

Non-associated loop: the so-called non-associated loop refers to a simple loop composed of only a few electrical components: this type of loop is not used as a signal source for other loops, nor is it used as a signal source for other loops, its existence or not, whether it works or not, does not affect other loops and components, but such loops are becoming less and less. Such as:

(1), lighting: components have switches, relays, lighting and so on

(2), horn: components have switches, relays, horns, etc

(3), travel speed: components such as switches, relays, solenoid valves, etc

(4), various liquid levels (as if now some of these are also related) :

2. Associated loop: In contrast to the unassociated loop, in the associated loop, the loops are not independent, and each other either uses the external signal as the source signal, or uses the signal collected by itself as the control source signal of other loops.

Since this subdivision is not easy to understand, I will not give too much explanation here.

According to its function, it can be divided into display system and control system.

Display system: This kind of system is mainly used for the mechanical operator in the driving in order to understand the operation of the machine and set up. Its main components are some such as sensors, instruments, indicators, mainly:

(1) Water temperature

(2) Water level

(3), oil pressure

(4). Oil level

(5), fuel oil level

(6), air

(7), hydraulic oil level

(8), power generation

(9), various working modes, etc.

2, control loop: the so-called control loop refers to one or several components, based on the signal collected by other components, and then the working state of a mechanism is changed after processing, in the loop there must be signal acquisition elements (can be divided into automatic acquisition and manual input), processing elements and execution elements.

According to its control object, this circuit can be divided into: engine control system, hydraulic pump control system, valve control system and other control systems.

(1), engine control system: In this control system, the executive components are starting motors, EC motors (stepper motors), and some machines have parking motors or parking relays. The signal processing element is what we often call a computer (or EC). Signal acquisition components include starting switches, throttle twists, speed sensors, EC sensors, pressure switches, etc. Some also use water temperature, oil pressure, and water level oil level as the source signal for engine control.

(2) Hydraulic pump control system: In the hydraulic pump control system, the only executive element is the pump control solenoid valve, and its processing element is the computer (PVC). Its source signal acquisition components are relatively small, there are engine speed sensors (automatic acquisition), throttle torque and working mode switch (manual input), this system in most cases is used as an auxiliary system (except EX200-2/3), in some designs also use the output pressure of the pump as a source signal. (Our common hydraulic pumps of excavators are based on hydraulic control, which is realized by hydraulic waiting system, and the main pressure of the system is the main signal source).

(3), valve control system: Valve control system most of the manual switch and the pressure switch of the pilot operating system as the signal source, to relay and solenoid valve as the actuator, its function is also mostly to control flow distribution.

(4), other control systems: such as lights, horns, wipers, and other construction machinery is no different, no more talk here.
