2. Operation skills

Second, since the construction period of small engineering machinery is relatively short, it is very necessary to see the truth before each construction. It is not worth to toss for a day for two hours.

Third, the profit of machines in rural areas is higher than that in cities. On the one hand: ordinary people rarely owe wages, and they only ask you to work when they have money. On the other hand: ordinary people are not as rude as the contractors in the city. Working in an ordinary household may bring you the work of a village. It is necessary to give others appropriate benefits. Perhaps a few hundred information fees will bring you tens of thousands of profits.

Fourth, it is necessary to equip the machine with a breaker when working in mountainous areas. Some work such as digging house foundations cannot be done without a hammer, which will have its own advantages.

3. Safety of the machine

Since the main customer groups of small excavators are in rural areas and municipalities, the operation is short and the mobility is strong, so most of them have their own trailers and shuttle between mountains and jungles. A few small suggestions:

Fourth, if you often drive on mountain roads, the wheelbase of the car cannot be too long, otherwise it will be very difficult to go up the curve. The small Jiefang trailer is the best to use. The chassis of the small Cummins is too soft. The wheelbase of the JAC is too long. The choice of trailer should be determined according to the local geographical conditions.

Fourth, the maintenance of the machine

Every morning, the whole vehicle is filled with butter, the fuel tank is drained, the oil-water separator is drained, the engine oil is checked, and the coolant is checked. The premature wear of the machine's fuel system (oil pump, oil nozzle) is mostly caused by improper daily maintenance by the operator;

When you have time, blow the air filter and radiator more often; the maintenance cycle of the machine must be completed on time and in quantity. If the working environment is harsh (long-term breaker operation, dusty environment), the maintenance cycle needs to be shortened.

If the imported machine is well maintained, it is actually very easy for the engine to not need overhaul for 10,000 hours, and the pump and valve will not leak oil. It is necessary for the operator to take off his shoes when getting on the car.
