1. Maintenance of the main clutch

In addition to fine-tuning the operating mechanism of the main clutch of the roller accessories at any time, the ends of the three release rods should be carefully checked and adjusted to be located in the same plane, and a certain gap (0.4-0.7 mm) should be maintained between the main clutch and the release bearing. The main clutch should be engaged and disengaged smoothly, and no excessive force should be applied. When the clutch is engaged, the clutch pedal needs to be returned to its original position to fully engage the clutch. When the clutch is disengaged, the pedal needs to be stepped to the bottom to fully disengage the clutch. During operation, the clutch should be prevented from being in a semi-clutch and semi-engaged state to avoid burning the clutch. Check the main clutch frequently to avoid oil stains on the surface of the friction plate and the pressure plate.

2. Maintenance of the hydraulic system

Check whether the mounting bolts of the filter, valve, motor, oil pump, oil cylinder, etc. are loose, and whether there is oil leakage at each joint. Observe the oil level gauge on the side of the oil tank. When the hydraulic oil of the small roller is too little, add the same grade of filtered hydraulic oil. The hydraulic oil tank should be cleaned and replaced every six months. When adding or changing oil, be sure not to mix impurities and dirt into the oil tank. The new oil added or replaced needs to be filtered in advance. Hydraulic oil uses No. 68 anti-wear hydraulic oil. The hydraulic oil filter should be cleaned or the filter element should be replaced after every 500 hours of use.

3. Gearbox maintenance

The gearbox should be cleaned at least once a season. When cleaning, first stop the car in a hot state, unscrew the drain plug on the side of the gearbox, drain the lubricating oil in the box, then screw on the oil plug, fill the box with kerosene, start the diesel engine, and let the gearbox run at a low speed for 2-3 minutes. Stop the car to drain the kerosene, clean the oil plug and screw it to the gearbox (too fine: the kerosene needs to be cleaned to prevent the lubricating oil from mixing with the residual kerosene and losing the lubricating effect), and then add new lubricating oil until the oil level reaches the mark line of the dipstick. The gearbox uses No. 20 gear oil. It is necessary to frequently check and adjust the positioning device of the speed control mechanism and the reversing mechanism to keep the gear in the proper position to avoid a gear shift accident. Always check the leakage of each seal of the gearbox carefully. If the seal is damaged, replace it in time. Always check the bolts connecting the gearbox and the frame, tighten them if necessary, and do not let them loosen or fall off.

4. Side drive maintenance

Since the side drive has a low speed, a large load, and is easily contaminated by dust and sand, its lubrication should be checked carefully frequently. The mud, sand, and fine stone chips on the gears should be removed regularly, and a new layer of calcium-based grease should be applied to avoid damage accidents.

5. Vibrating wheel maintenance

The vibrating wheel of a small roller accessory should be replaced with lubricating oil every 1000 hours. Check whether the vibrating wheel lubricating oil is leaking at any time; when checking the oil level, turn the refueling port to the top, open this drain port, and let the oil leak until there is no leakage or little leakage. Replace the vibrating wheel lubricating oil during maintenance, and clean it carefully when changing the oil. Use CD grade 30 diesel engine oil for lubricating oil. For lubrication maintenance of the travel bearing, a sufficient amount of calcium-based grease should be added to the corresponding oil cup position after the whole machine has been used for an average of 20 days.
