I. Storage during parking

1) During the parking period, the engine should be turned on once a month and driven for a short distance to establish a new oil film on the lubrication of each part to prevent the parts from rusting.

2) When operating the working device, remove the butter applied to the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder and apply butter after operation.

3) The battery needs to be charged, and the engine must be turned off during charging.

II. Attention after parking

After long-term parking, if the anti-rust operation is performed once at the end of each month during the parking period, the loader accessories should be handled as follows before use:

1) Open the drain plugs of the oil pan and each box to drain the mixed water.

2) Remove the cylinder head, fully oil the valve and rocker arm, understand the working status of the valve, and adjust it if it is abnormal.

3) The misalignment of the guide wheel has a serious impact on other parts of the walking mechanism, so adjusting the gap between the guide wheel guide plate and the track frame (correcting the misalignment) is the key to extending the life of the walking mechanism. When adjusting, use the gasket between the guide plate and the bearing to correct it. If the gap is large, remove the gasket; if the gap is small, add a gasket.
