The difference between a small loader and a large loader
Posted: Jan 26th, '25, 21:39
There are many differences between small loaders and large loaders: small loaders have small engines, small tires, and small load-bearing bridges. Small engines have low power, small tires and small chassis, and can carry small shovels. The weight is extremely small. The larger the engine of a large loader, the greater the power, the larger the tires, the higher the chassis, the larger the load-bearing bridge shovel, and the heavier the cargo that can be loaded. When choosing a loader, be sure to check the parameters of the loader.
Including engine, torque converter, gearbox, front and rear drive axles, referred to as the four major parts
Engine
There are three pumps on the torque converter, the working pump (provides lifting and tipping pressure oil) and the steering pump (supplies steering pressure oil) The speed change pump is also called the travel pump (supplies torque converter and gearbox pressure oil). Some models of steering pumps are also equipped with pilot pumps (supply control valve pilot pressure oil).
Working hydraulic oil circuit, hydraulic oil tank, working pump, multi-way valve, lifting cylinder, dump bucket cylinder
Driving oil circuit: gearbox oil pan, driving pump, one way into the torque converter, one way into the gear valve, gearbox clutch
Drive device: transmission shaft, main differential, wheel reducer
Steering oil circuit: oil tank, steering pump, flow stabilizing valve (or priority valve) steering gear, steering cylinder
Gearboxes are available in two types: integrated (planetary) and split (fixed axis) (formula).
