Please comply with the following operating rules:

1. Install a bucket hook that meets the lifting requirements on the mini excavator. It is forbidden to put the sling directly on the bucket teeth. Before operation, check whether the hook is intact.

Many people think that excavators are machines for digging soil, used to load a car, dig a ditch or level the ground. In fact, excavators can do many kinds of work, such as crushing, demolition, lifting, etc., which are often done by excavators. For novices, excavator lifting is a very dangerous operation. Today we will talk about the things that need to be paid attention to in lifting operations.

When lifting an excavator, the bucket is generally used to hook up the object. Depending on the different objects to be lifted, the hook behind the bucket can be used, or it can be directly hung on the bucket teeth. The two hooking places should be determined according to the actual situation, otherwise it will cause safety hazards.

Generally, there is a hook behind the bucket. It is safe to use it for lifting, especially when the object needs to be lifted to a certain height. If the rope is hung on the bucket teeth, it is easy to slip during the lifting process. The use of hooks can ensure that the rope will not slip, which is a recommended safe lifting method.

So is it not recommended to use bucket teeth for lifting? Of course not. When the object to be lifted is very close to the excavator, it is very suitable to use bucket teeth to directly hook the object. In addition, if the lifting distance is not very high, it is also very convenient to use bucket teeth hooks.

2. Stable lower body to prevent rollover

For martial artists, the emphasis is on the stability of the lower body, and the waist and horse can be combined to exert great power. The same is true for excavator lifting. Standing firmly on the body is the precursor of safe operation.

To prevent the excavator from overturning, the excavator must stand on a horizontal parking surface during lifting; if the object is lifted on an inclined surface, a horizontal parking surface can be dug out first.

In addition to the parking surface, the direction of the excavator chassis is also very important. The smaller the angle between the lifting direction and the chassis track direction, the safer the excavator is, and the larger the angle, the easier it is to cause the excavator to overturn.

When the micro excavator is hoisting, it is actually in a lever state. Always pay attention to the distance from the center of gravity of the hoisted object to the center of gravity of the excavator. The closer the hoisted object is to the center of gravity of the excavator, the safer the excavator is and the maximum hoisting capacity can be exerted; the farther the hoisted object is from the center of gravity of the excavator, the greater the risk of the excavator overturning and the more limited the hoisting capacity of the excavator.

3. Reasonable operation and safety

When hoisting, pay attention to the reasonable operation sequence, give priority to lifting the big arm, and when the big arm is in place, you can open the small arm and bucket, which will also have a certain lifting effect.

When hoisting objects, you must pay attention to not lifting too high when it is not necessary. Once the excavator is in danger of overturning, you must lower the big arm in time and quickly put the hoisted object on the ground.

Sometimes when the excavator is hoisting objects, it is necessary not only to lift and lower in the vertical direction, but also to place the objects at a certain angle. At this time, it is necessary to cooperate with the command gestures of the on-site construction personnel. When rotating to adjust the angle, the crawler and the rotation need to move at the same time.
