What should be paid attention to when installing the boom and parts of the mini excavator? The following is an explanation of the aspects that need to be paid attention to when installing the boom and parts of the mini excavator.

(1) Put the boom and server connecting nuts on it.

(2) Next, the mini excavator inspects and closes the boom cylinder pipe, and runs the pipeline when the oil level in the hydraulic oil filter rises above the oil level limit.

(3) The engine and boom cylinder are telescopic, and the connecting pin between the boom cylinder and the server is inserted into the pin hole through the crane. Similarly, when installing the connecting pin between the bucket and the bucket cylinder, the oil pipe of the bucket cylinder will be opened first.

(4) When disassembling the telescopic boom and arm parts, be sure to use 12# galvanized steel wire rope to fix the tail end of the arm cylinder and the hydraulic cylinder of the boom cylinder to the corresponding hook to avoid stretching, bending or damage to the hydraulic cylinder during disassembly and transportation.

(5) When disassembling and installing the electrical circuit and high-pressure oil pipe, they should be marked to prevent incorrect connection during installation. Pins, locks, oil pipes and special screws should be stored safely to avoid confusion and damage.

(6) During the lifting and transportation process, the two crawler hydraulic torque converters should be covered to prevent impact damage.

(7) Wrap it in a tarpaulin to protect it from damage.

(8) After assembly, the hydraulic excavator should be maintained and inspected.
