1. Regular maintenance and inspection
Gearbox maintenance

The gearbox should be cleaned at least once a season and replaced with new lubricating oil.

Check the leakage of each seal of the gearbox frequently and replace damaged seals in time.

Check the bolts connecting the gearbox and the frame regularly and tighten them if necessary to prevent loosening and falling off.

Hydraulic system maintenance

Check whether the mounting bolts of the filter, valve, motor, oil pump, oil cylinder, etc. are loose and whether there is oil leakage at each joint.

Observe the oil level gauge on the side of the oil tank and add the same grade of filtered hydraulic oil in time.

Clean the hydraulic oil tank and change the oil every six months. Avoid impurities and dirt from mixing into the oil tank when adding or changing the oil.

Vibration wheel maintenance

Replace the vibration wheel lubricating oil every 1000 hours.

Check whether the vibration wheel lubricating oil is leaking at any time, and clean the filling port and drain port.

Main clutch maintenance

Pay attention to adjusting the operating mechanism of the main clutch at any time, and check and adjust the end of the release rod to be in the same plane.

The main clutch should be engaged and disengaged smoothly and gently to avoid excessive force.

Check the main clutch frequently to avoid oil stains on the friction plate and pressure plate.

Side drive maintenance

Check the lubrication of the side drive frequently, remove mud, sand, fine stone dirt on the gears regularly, and apply a new layer of calcium-based grease.

Battery maintenance

Check the battery's electrolyte specific gravity and charging voltage regularly to prevent battery acidification.

In winter, keep the battery pack full to prevent freezing.

2. Lubrication and cleaning

Lubrication

Use high-quality, matching lubricating oil and grease to ensure that all transmission parts are well lubricated.

Check the oil level of the transmission system lubricating oil regularly to ensure that the oil level is within the specified range.

Change the lubricating oil regularly according to the instruction manual or the use of the equipment.

Cleaning

Regularly remove dust, dirt and debris from various parts of the roller, especially the transmission system parts.

Use compressed air or appropriate tools for cleaning, and avoid using hard objects or sharp tools to scratch the surface of the parts.

3. Standard operation and avoid overload

Standard operation

Operators should understand the working principle and maintenance points of the roller and operate according to the recommendations in the operation manual.

Avoid irregular operation, especially pay attention to the load of the transmission system when starting and stopping, and avoid severe impact.

Avoid overload

The transmission system will accelerate wear if it works under overload for a long time, so the rated load requirements of the equipment should be strictly followed.

During the construction process, adjust the compaction speed and strength of the roller according to actual needs to avoid damage to the equipment caused by excessive compaction.

4. Professional inspection and maintenance

Professional inspection

Every once in a while (such as every 500~1000 hours or according to the manufacturer's recommendations), send the equipment to a professional maintenance center for a comprehensive inspection.

Professional technicians can conduct detailed inspections of key components such as the transmission system, hydraulic system, and electrical system to ensure that the equipment has no potential faults.

Timely maintenance

When the roller accessories are found to be damaged or abnormal, they should be repaired or replaced in time.

Avoid extended equipment downtime and increased construction costs due to damaged accessories.

In summary, through regular maintenance and inspection, lubrication and cleaning, standardized operation and avoidance of overload, as well as professional inspection and repair, the maintenance of roller accessories can be effectively carried out, construction costs can be reduced, equipment utilization can be improved and equipment service life can be extended.
