Small excavator defect
The repair master arrived at the scene and checked the defect phenomenon and the relevant introduction of the hydraulic working principle of the machine. The preliminary recognition of the defect points and the analysis of the reasons are as follows:
1. The machine has a design and added regeneration function in the arm retraction oil circuit. To briefly introduce the benefit of the regeneration function is to prevent the arm cylinder from extending too fast under the effect of the arm's own weight when the arm is retracted, and then forming a cavity in the cylinder to cause adverse effects. On the other hand, it is also necessary to prevent the arm from continuous phenomenon and the retraction speed of the moving arm.
2. The key is that this function is completed together through the one-way valve and the arm regeneration valve in the ARM1 valve core. It can be seen that the defect points we also need to focus on these two parts.
3. Back to the working principle of the machine, when the owner chooses the excavation construction method, the regeneration valve core is in the saving position to bind the return oil of the rod chamber of the cylinder. When the oil pressure of the rod chamber is higher than that of the rodless chamber, the one-way valve in the ARM1 valve core opens, so that the return oil of the rod chamber returns to the rodless chamber to end the regeneration function.
4. Therefore, through the above introduction, we will easily understand that if the regeneration valve core cannot be in the saving position or the one-way valve in the ARM1 valve core cannot be opened smoothly, the regeneration function in the arm circuit cannot be completed, and then the arm will be in a vertical position.
Small excavator maintenance process
According to the above working principle analysis, the engineer checked the regeneration valve core and the pilot oil circuit step by step, and no abnormal defects were found. This reason can be eliminated immediately. When the repairman checked the one-way valve in the ARM1 valve core, he found that the saving hole at the front end of the one-way valve was blocked by foreign matter, which made the one-way valve unable to open, and finally caused this defect.
Solution for small excavator
Since the saving hole was only blocked by foreign matter and there was no other abnormal wear, it was only necessary to completely clean the saving hole before restarting the test run. It was found that the phenomenon of retracting the small arm did not reappear, indicating that the defect had been eliminated.
