2. Repair method

Preparation before welding: Manually shovel oil, paint, rust, etc. on the original weld with a grinding wheel. The boring machine can cut the welding cracks and cut into the body of the side plate to remove the hardened area of ​​the previous welded base plate. After shaving, use an inclined grinding stone to smooth the cut (the internal interface is polished into a V-shaped groove). After cleaning and painting, please make sure that the cracks are found and cleaned.

According to the current protection conditions, select a 5mm electrode as the electrode, bake it at 350°C for 2 hours, and then insulate it at 100°C with a welding current of 190 to 230A to prevent the electrode from absorbing moisture. Before welding the excavator plate, the weld must be preheated to 150-250°C. During the welding process, the small orchard excavator can be welded to the segment and recovered symmetrically. Continuously use it during the cooling of the weld. The hammer is used to hit the weld metal to relieve stress. When welding at the corners of the side plate, in order to prevent or cause arc faults, continuous welding is required to improve the joint stress.
