1. Maintenance of the main clutch of road roller accessories
In addition to fine-tuning its operating mechanism at any time, the main clutch of the accessories should also be carefully checked and adjusted to ensure that the ends of its three release rods are located in the same plane, and to maintain a certain gap (0.4-0.7 mm) with the release bearing. The main clutch should be engaged and disengaged smoothly and gently, and no excessive force should be applied. When the clutch is engaged, the clutch pedal needs to be returned to its original position to fully engage the clutch. When the clutch is disengaged, the pedal needs to be stepped to the bottom to fully disengage the clutch. During operation, the clutch needs to be prevented from being in a semi-clutch and semi-engaged state to avoid burning the clutch. Check the main clutch frequently to avoid oil stains on the surface of the friction plate and the pressure plate.

2. Maintenance of the hydraulic system of road roller accessories
Check whether the mounting bolts of the filter, valve, motor, oil pump, oil cylinder, etc. are loose, and whether there is oil leakage at each joint. Observe the oil level gauge on the side of the oil tank. When the hydraulic oil of the small road roller is too little, add the same grade of filtered hydraulic oil. The hydraulic oil tank should be cleaned and changed once every six months. When adding or changing oil, be sure not to mix impurities and dirt into the oil tank. The new oil added or replaced needs to be filtered in advance. Hydraulic oil uses No. 68 anti-wear hydraulic oil. The hydraulic oil filter should be cleaned or the filter element should be replaced after every 500 hours of use.

3. Maintenance of gearbox of road roller parts
The gearbox should be cleaned at least once a season. When cleaning, first stop the car in a hot state, unscrew the drain plug on the side of the gearbox, drain the lubricating oil in the box, then screw on the oil plug, fill the box with kerosene, start the diesel engine, and let the gearbox run at low speed for 2-3 minutes. Stop the car to drain the kerosene, clean the oil plug and screw it to the gearbox (too fine: the kerosene needs to be cleaned to prevent the lubricating oil from mixing with the residual kerosene and losing the lubricating effect), and then add new lubricating oil until the oil level reaches the mark line of the dipstick. The gearbox uses No. 20 gear oil. It is necessary to frequently check and adjust the positioning device of the speed control mechanism and the reversing mechanism to keep the gear in the proper position to avoid the accident of gear shifting. Frequently check the leakage of each seal of the gearbox. If the seal is damaged, it should be replaced in time. Frequently check the bolts connecting the gearbox and the frame, tighten them when necessary, and do not let them loosen and fall off.

4. Maintenance of the side transmission of roller accessories
Since the side transmission has a low speed and a large load, it is easy to be contaminated by dust and mud. The lubrication condition should be frequently checked carefully. The mud, sand, and fine stone chips on the gears should be removed regularly, and a new layer of calcium-based grease should be applied to avoid damage accidents.

5. Maintenance of the vibration wheel of the roller accessories
The vibration wheel of the small roller accessories should replace the lubricating oil every 1000 hours. Check whether the vibration wheel lubricating oil is leaking at any time; when checking the oil level, the refueling port should be turned to the top, and the oil drain port should be opened to allow the oil to leak until there is no leakage or little leakage. Replace the vibration wheel lubricating oil during maintenance, and clean it carefully when changing the oil. The lubricating oil is CD grade 30 diesel engine oil. For lubrication maintenance of the traveling bearing, a sufficient amount of calcium-based grease should be added to the corresponding oil cup position after the whole machine has been used for an average of 20 days.
