If the loader parts are regularly maintained, the service life of the equipment can be well extended, and sudden failures caused by damage to the parts during loader operation can be effectively reduced. The maintenance cycle of the parts is determined by the system structure and the degree of system pollution. The degree of wear of the parts needs to be fully checked within three months, and they should be replaced once a year from six months to one year. If there are no contaminants in the filter medium parts, it is necessary to consider replacing the new oil filter, remove the washboard and install the valve, and establish a regular maintenance system for parts cleaning. The loader parts seller said that the specific steps should be followed.

1. The oil filter should be checked and replaced within a maximum of 500 hours or three months.

2. Pay attention to regularly cleaning the oil pump inlet filter.

3. Repair the leakage problem in the system.

4. Ensure that no foreign matter enters the oil tank through the oil tank vent cap, oil filter plug seat, oil return pipe seal and other openings of the oil tank.

5. The servo valve plate must be cleaned so that the oil flows from the oil supply line to the oil collector and directly returns to the oil tank so that the oil can circulate repeatedly. If you find that the oil filter begins to become clogged when you turn on the engine, you should replace the oil filter immediately.
