Electric forklift installation and commissioning
Before starting the electric forklift, all parts must be checked to see if they are in good condition. Check the performance of all operating components and safety devices. The forklift can only be moved with the current generated by the battery, and never with rectified AC to avoid damaging electronic components.
Before moving the forklift, it is necessary to check whether the brakes and batteries are fully charged. Open the electric lock, move the steering wheel to its moving position, slowly turn the accelerator, and move to the corresponding working area. Turn the accelerator forward to move the forklift forward, turn the accelerator backward to move backward, and return the accelerator to the middle position to stop. Start, stop or change movement slowly, because sudden movement may cause danger (due to inertia, especially when traveling at high speed). The load should be in a low position when the forklift is traveling, and the height of the fork from the ground should not exceed 300mm. The speed should be reduced in narrow passages or curved roads.

Stacking operation of electric forklift
1) The load is in a low position, and approach the shelf carefully (the platform must be erected and the driver stands on the ground to operate).
2) Make sure that the front legs of the forklift can move freely under the pallet or shelf.
3) Lift the load until it is above the shelf.
4) Slowly move the electric forklift forward, stop when the load is above the shelf, lower the forks to exit from under the pallet, make sure the load is safely placed, and do not apply force to the shelf below when retreating.
5) Slowly retreat, making sure the pallet remains stable on the shelf.
6) Lower the forks back to the moving position.

Unloading operation of electric forklift
1) Lower the forks orthogonally approach the shelf and then enter its bottom.
2) The forks exit from the bottom of the shelf.
3) Raise the forks to the required height, make sure the forks can easily enter under the pallet, and slowly approach the pallet to be unloaded until the load is safely placed on the forks.
4) Raise the forks until the pallet is lifted from the shelf.
5) Slowly move back to exit the channel.
6) Slowly lower the load and make sure the forks do not hit obstacles during the descent.

Battery charging operation of electric forklift
Battery inspection, charging and replacement must be performed by professionals in accordance with the instructions. The charging area must be well ventilated. Fireworks or flammable, spark-generating materials are strictly prohibited near the electric forklift or charger. The weight and size of the battery will affect the stability of the forklift. Therefore, if you want to install a non-standard battery, it is wise to contact the manufacturer to obtain relevant approvals.
Before starting charging, check the battery temperature, which should be below 30°C. The electrolyte level should not be lower than the baffle (if it is lower than the baffle, fill it with distilled water to the baffle), and then check the wire performance. Connect the battery charging socket (A) to the charger charging plug (B) and turn the charging device to the ON position. The battery temperature must not exceed 45°C during charging. If it exceeds, stop charging, let the battery cool down, and then restart charging at a lower current. At the end of charging, the charger charging current is disconnected and the "STOP" light is on. At this time, the switch is off and the battery socket (A) can be unplugged from the charger plug (B).
Normal charging can last for 14~16 hours. After charging, the electrolyte density of each single battery should reach 1.27~1.29kg/1.25℃; the voltage of each single battery is about 2.7V. It is wise to recharge the battery after each working day.
Warning: The battery must not be allowed to be fully discharged! Avoid partial charging and allow charging until the charger sends a charging completion signal.

Operation of replacing the battery in an electric forklift

1) Remove the battery fixing screws.

2) Remove the cable from the battery terminal.

3) Slide out or lift out the battery.

4) Install the battery in the reverse process of the above instructions, tighten and connect correctly. (The replacement battery must be of the same model)

Notes

1) Charging should be done in a well-ventilated place, open the top cover or remove the battery from the forklift.

2) Never allow the battery to be exposed to open flames, the explosive gas formed may cause a fire.

3) Never make temporary wiring or wrong wiring.

4) The terminal must be tightened and not peeled off, and the cable insulation must be reliable.
5) Keep the battery clean and dry, and use an antistatic cloth to remove dust.
6) Do not place tools or other metal objects on the battery.
7) The temperature of the electrolyte should not exceed 45°C during charging.
8) Check the electrolyte level after charging, which should be 15mm above the partition. Under normal circumstances, distilled water should be added once a week.
9) Avoid skin contact with acid. If contact occurs, use plenty of soapy water or consult a doctor.
10) Used batteries should be handled in accordance with local regulations.
