● During the running-in period, the engine should be decelerated by 30% and the load should be reduced by 20%-30%.

● During the running-in period, you should always pay attention to the operation of each mechanism of the excavator, check the working temperature of each bearing, gear and friction pair, and observe whether the hydraulic system has leakage; if there is any abnormal phenomenon during operation, you should immediately stop the machine to check the cause and eliminate it.
● After the running-in period, the excavator parts should be inspected, adjusted and lubricated according to the running conditions during the running-in period; at the same time, check the cleanliness of the lubricating oil in each gear box and the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic oil tank, and replace them if necessary.
