How to repair the fault of the excavator produced by the mini excavator manufacturer?

1. Evaporator

The evaporator circulates the liquid refrigerant through the expansion valve to absorb the heat of the air in the cabin, and uses the evaporation fan to drive the cold air into the cabin.

2. Expansion valve

The expansion valve decompresses the high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant liquid to become a low-temperature and low-pressure mist refrigerant (that is, the side that separates the high-pressure side from the low-pressure refrigerant). Evaporates into the evaporator

3. Temperature sensor

Observe the temperature of the evaporator to prevent the evaporator from freezing, and control the suction of the compressor to make the indoor temperature reach a certain state.

4. Internal and external air filters

Foreign objects such as dust and other foreign objects are blocked both inside and outside. Note: It should be cleaned or replaced regularly (about 6 months).

5. Compressor:

After being driven by the engine belt, the low-temperature/low-pressure refrigerant evaporated from the evaporator is compressed into a high-temperature and high-pressure gaseous refrigerant and transported to the condenser.

6. Condenser repair excavator

The high-temperature/high-pressure refrigerant gas sent from the compressor is converted into high-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant liquid.

When the chip is tilted or damaged, or the surface is contaminated by foreign matter (mud, grass, etc.), abnormal high pressure will occur, which will cause the cooling function to decrease.
