Because small slip loader often burst tires when working on harsh sites (such as rock surfaces), small slip loader manufacturers have summarized a quick way to replace loader tires, as follows:

(1) First start the machine, and then find a flat and open site, press down the boom lifting rod, use the boom support to make the front wheel off the ground, and then support the side of the flash bridge near the burst tire with the support, and wedge the rear wheel.

(2) Using tools such as a crowbar, remove the stop ring and lock ring and then check whether the tire liner is adhered to the outside surface of the rim. If it occurs, the support can be removed to make the machine run in a short distance at a slow speed until the liner is separated from the outside surface of the rim; Steering and high-speed driving are strictly prohibited to avoid damage to the inner tube. Then, the front wheel is supported again.

(3) Mark the relative positions of the inner and outer tires in order to find, remove foreign bodies and repair tires.

(4) Use tools such as a crowbar to remove the tire from the rim. Note that the action should be gentle and tacit, avoid being hurt by the tire, and protect the valve.

(5) After the outer tire is pierced by slender foreign bodies such as nails, if there is no obvious wound on the surface or the wound is small, the other tire can continue to be used (because the loader tire is a low-pressure tire and the running speed is relatively slow); If the wound is large, it must be repaired (because when the machine is running, the tire is squeezed by friction, and the inner tube will be damaged over a long period of time, and even the wound is getting larger and larger, the inner tube is protruding, causing the tire to be scrapped).

(6) If it is a new inner tube, the bolt at the bottom of the valve nozzle must be tightened to prevent air leakage; Then remove the foreign body in the inner cavity of the outer tire, and sprinkle the appropriate talc, smear evenly. In order to make the liner stick with the inner and outer tires, the inner tube should be properly inflated after loading the inner tube, and then the liner is stuffed.

(7) Install the tire on the rim, install the lock ring, stop ring; Protect the valve nozzle during installation.

(8) Use the car air compressor to inflate the tire.

(9) Press down the boom lifting rod and take out the support; At this point, the tire change is complete, and the whole process takes about 50 minutes.

When replacing the rear tire, another slip loader or other lifting equipment is required to support the rear tire, and other procedures are the same as replacing the front tire.
