As we all know, loadergenerally run for a long time, and there will be parts wear and damage problems during operation, and relevant parts may often need to be replaced. Therefore, experienced engineering teams, in order not to affect the work efficiency of loader , generally prepare to save some vulnerable parts, so as to replace them in time. Most of these accessories are relatively small in size and vulnerable to wear and tear, so when we save them, in order to reduce the damage caused by the storage environment to the accessories, we need to do a good job of preservation.

1, if you need to store the parts for a long time, you need to clean it and dry it and then save it to prevent rust.
2, when saving accessories, need to be placed in a dry and ventilated warehouse, there should be no chemicals around. If possible, it can be placed on the board and sealed with plastic film.
3, if it is a bearing and other parts, need to be lubricating oil first and then stored.
4. Storage of the battery: Place the battery in a dry and antifreeze place. To keep its surface clean and dry, do not place conductive objects on the battery.
