How to correctly store the loaderis a knowledge that must be mastered by the manufacturer. Sometimes after the completion of the project, or when the project vehicle has more loaders idle, it may need to be stored for a period of time, or it may be stored for a long time. At this time, the loaderstorage becomes an important problem, so how to long-term storage, how to maintain when storage, and what problems need to pay attention to? Let's find out!

What does the loaderneed to do before parking?

● Clean each part of the car, dry it, and store it in a dry warehouse. If the car can only be stored in the open air, it must be parked on a concrete floor that can be easily drained and covered with tarpaulin.

● Before storage, fill the fuel tank with oil, and grease the motion pin and drive shaft to replace the hydraulic oil.
● Adjust the variable speed control handle to the neutral position.
● Pull the button of the parking brake system to implement the parking brake.
● The bucket is placed flat on the ground, and the pilot valve control handle is turned to the middle position.
● Turn each switch to the middle or "OFF" position to lock all doors.
● The exposed part of the hydraulic cylinder is coated with thin butter.
● Remove the battery from the car and store it separately.
If the temperature is likely to drop below 0 degrees, add antifreeze to the engine and make the antifreeze reach the engine body and the evaporator of the air conditioning system. Or put the water in the cooling system clean, pay attention to the air conditioner water also put clean.
● Fix the front and rear frames with the frame fixing lock rod.

Regular maintenance is also required during storage:
● Turn on the machine once a month, run the various systems, and grease the various motion pins and drive shafts, so that the moving parts can be lubricated, but also to charge the battery.
● Clean the butter off the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder before starting the car. When finished, apply thin butter again.
● Apply anti-rust oil to the parts prone to rust.
