The width of the conveyor belt is 650mm, the transmission speed is about 5m/ s, and the conveyor belt is driven by the hydraulic motor, which makes the conveyor stable performance and long service life.
Since the hydraulic system of the mining loaderis driven by a 15kw motor, the hydraulic oil is respectively input into a multi-way reversing valve through the gear pump, and the control of each hydraulic device is realized through the operation handle. The whole vehicle electrical system adopts the explosion-proof electromagnetic starter for mine to control the motor and ensure the safety of the person and equipment.
