1, boom cylinder or rotary bucket cylinder leakage:

The piston loaded with the motor arm cylinder or the rotating bucket cylinder is bottom, and the rodless oil pipe is removed to make the rod cavity of the boom cylinder or the rotating bucket cylinder continue to fill oil. If there is a large amount of oil leakage from the oil port without the rod cavity (normal leakage should be ≤30ml/min), it indicates that the piston seal ring is damaged and should be replaced. The bucket can also be filled with load, lifted to the limit position, the boom lever is placed in the middle, and the engine is turned off, and the sinking speed of the boom is observed (normally <40mm/h); Then, the boom lever is placed in the rising position, if the sinking speed of the boom is significantly accelerated, it indicates that the internal leakage occurs in the hydraulic cylinder; If the change of sinking speed is not obvious, the cause of internal leakage is in the distributing valve.

2, low system pressure:

A pressure gauge with a measuring range of 25mpa is connected at the pressure measuring point of the distributing valve of the loader. When the engine and hydraulic oil are at the normal working temperature and the engine speed is about 1800r/min, the rotating bucket slide valve of the distributing valve is operated to tilt the bucket back to the bottom. The pressure displayed on the pressure gauge should be 17mpa. If the value is lower than this, the safety valve should be removed to check whether the pilot valve spring is broken, whether the seal is good, whether the main valve core is stuck and whether the damping hole is blocked. If there is no problem above, adjust the pressure regulating screw so that the system pressure reaches the normal value.

3, working gear pump leakage:

The internal leakage of the gear pump of the loader is as follows: the noise is large during operation, the higher the engine speed is, the greater the noise is; A large amount of copper shavings can be seen in the oil filter. The gear pump should be removed to detect the end clearance of the gear (normal value is 0.100-0.140mm) the meshing clearance of the gear (normal value is 0.005~0.015mm), the radial clearance of the gear (normal value is 0.100~0.200mm), and to check whether the seal is good. If it is out of whack or damaged, it should be repaired or replaced.

4, distribution valve leakage:


The main causes of leakage in the loader distributing valve are as follows: the main spool of the total safety valve is stuck; The clearance between the valve stem and the valve body is too large (the normal clearance is 0.025~0.040mm); Stem or valve body strain; Seal damage, etc.
