Cause analysis
Due to the long-term use of the crushing hammer, the regulator is worn out, which often causes slow movement and deviation. In order to improve this situation, the user purchased the hydraulic pump assembly for replacement, and the operation has been slow for half a year, and the situation often appears.

Next, the maintenance personnel carried out a detailed test and inspection. After starting, P1 pump had 28MPA load, and P2 was normal; The hydraulic system is abnormal.

When P1 neutral cut-off PSV wiring harness is removed, the fault does not improve. When P2 neutral cut-off PSV is removed, the rotational speed is stable after startup, and the abnormal load disappears.

Fault diagnosis:
1, the main computer board receives the relevant sensor signal abnormal, resulting in an abnormal command to make P2 neutral cut off PSV action; However, the load exists in P1 pump, judging that the high pressure sensor is inserted incorrectly.

2, check and confirm that the high pressure sensor and P1/P2-PSV are inserted correctly, eliminate the line problem, because the machine has replaced the hydraulic pump, check and find that P1/P2 working tubing and multiple valves are connected incorrectly, restore the tubing, connect the relevant wiring harness, and start the load into P2 pump.

3. At this time, it is judged that the feedback signal of the low-voltage sensor is abnormal; Cause the main computer board to issue an incorrect command to make P2 neutral cut action; Since the machine is installed with a crushing hammer, it is important to check the low-voltage sensor signal of the crushing hammer.

4. Check service diagnosis The feedback signal value of the low-voltage sensor of the crushing hammer is slightly larger than 0.6V, which is caused by the user's own modification of the connection, and the connection is finally confirmed to be abnormal, resulting in the abnormal reception signal of the computer board and the incorrect instruction of P2 neutral cutting action.

Processing mode
Restore the working tubing connection to normal state, and restore the connection after reconnecting the crushing hammer.
