Sudden failure of small slip loader and its solution

For this kind of failure, we should first check whether the amount of hydraulic oil in the gearbox is enough, the method is to make the engine in idle state, observe the oil level should be in the middle of the oil mark on the side of the gearbox, if you can not see the oil level should be replenished in time. After the oil level is normal, identify whether the fault appears suddenly or gradually. If it is a sudden failure, the pressure reducing valve should be removed to see whether it is dirty, whether the spool surface is scratched and stuck in the smallest oil supply position, which can be solved by cleaning and grinding and then check whether the spline of the walking pump connection sleeve is damaged; If the fault symptoms appear slowly, it generally belongs to the fault caused by the gradual wear of the walking parts or the poor cleanliness of the oil, which can be checked in the following order:

(1) Determine whether the fault is in the torque converter. Check the mechanical oil return filter installed on the rear frame of the car, such as a large amount of aluminum dust attached to the filter screen, you can conclude that the bearing damage in the torque converter leads to "three wheels" wear, should be removed the torque converter, replace the damaged parts and clean the oil circuit.

When working, the transmission oil in the working oil chamber of the torque converter must be kept full, and insufficient oil will cause the output torque to be reduced, so that the main transmission shaft will be weak or stop rotating. During the inspection, remove the low pressure hose from the torque converter to the transmission oil return (torque converter overflow), and observe the overflow flow of the return pipe under the idle state of the engine. Under normal conditions, there is only a small flow rate, and with the increase of engine speed, the flow rate will suddenly increase when the relief valve in the torque converter pressure reducing valve is suddenly opened. If this flow rate is also large when the engine is idle, it can be determined that the seal ring in the torque converter is seriously worn and leads to internal leakage.

(2) If the torque converter returns the oil to the gearbox normally, the engine will run at high speed. If the amount of oil returned is less, it should be checked whether there is dirty plugging or air leakage in the suction pipe of the walking pump. Mainly check whether the oil suction filter installed in the gearbox and the rubber hose of the walking pump are aging, falling off or bending inside.

(3) If the above is normal, it can be determined that the volumetric efficiency of the walking pump is low, and the walking pump is replaced.

(4) The failure of walking failure generally does not consider the failure of the torque converter return oil cooling circuit.
