Because the density of tin ore is higher than that of symbiological minerals, gravity separation is generally adopted for tin ore beneficiation technology. However, due to the existence of various iron oxide minerals in the mineral, such as magnetite, hematite, etc., these minerals such as gravity separation or flotation can not be well separated from tin ore, so magnetic separation or flotation operations will also be used.
Crushing and screening
The raw ore is broken to 20mm, and then divided into two grades of 20 ~ 4 and 4 ~ 0mm by screening.
Primary selection
The 20 ~ 4mm ore is pre-selected into the heavy medium cyclone, and then pre-selected by jig after a section of rod grinding. Jig tailings are screened with 2mm vibrating screen +2mm as waste tailings, and -2mm is selected into the shaking table.
Mixed flotation
After grinding jig and shaker concentrate respectively, mixed flotation is carried out, and mixed flotation tailings are sorted by shaker to produce qualified tin concentrate.
Separation flotation
The mixed flotation concentrate is then finely ground for lead and zinc separation flotation, and lead and antimony concentrate and zinc concentrate are produced respectively.
reselection
The slime enters the Φ300mm cyclone, the overflow is removed by the Φ125mm and Φ75mm hydrocyclone group, and the sand is concentrated and desulfurized by flotation for cassitrite flotation.
