1 Check before starting

a: Check the fuel tank, clean it if necessary, check the fuel oil level, drain the fuel tank (drain the oil-water separator);

b: Check the fuel system hose, whether there is aging crack, oil leakage phenomenon, the joints are firmly connected, if necessary to replace;

c: Check the oil level and oil quality, add or replace Hitachi special oil if necessary;

d: Check whether the engine foot pad is intact;

e: Check the tension of fan belt and air conditioner belt and whether it is aging, adjust the tension of fan belt and air conditioner belt or replace it if necessary;

f: Check the hydraulic oil level, hose and oil quality, and add or replace Hitachi special hydraulic oil and hose if necessary;

g: Check the oil level and oil quality of the return reducer, and add or replace Hitachi special gear oil if necessary;

h: Check the cooling level and water pipe box for cracking and water seepage. If necessary, add Hitachi special coolant and replace the water pipe;

j: Check the tightness of the track;

k: Check whether the bearing butter of the rotary mechanism is enough, and add it if necessary;

l: Check whether the rotary ring butter is enough, and add it if necessary;

m: Add butter to each pin and lubrication point, and extrude the old oil from the oil passage if necessary;

n: Check the tightness of the bolts of each fastener.

2 Running Check

① When the ambient temperature is lower than 3 ° C, open the preheating switch before starting the machine to preheat the intake air;

② For the model with turbocharged before starting the machine, remove the turbocharger inlet pipe and add an appropriate amount of oil to ensure the lubrication of the turboshaft.

③ Start the machine, after the engine idles for 5-10 minutes, operate each cylinder without load, so that the hydraulic oil temperature reaches 40 ° C, cycle all hydraulic functions several times, and then carry out construction;

If the machine is not used for a long time, the thin oil layer on the sliding surface may be damaged. It is necessary to cycle the hydraulic function of walking and rotating digging 2 to 3 times to lubricate the sliding surface;

⑤ In freezing weather, when there is dirt on the rack, before walking, first turn the upper frame to a 90-degree position, prop up the track, idling a few laps before and after, and get rid of the dirt impurities around the sprocket, heavy support wheel and guide wheel (For equipment constructed in the dirt ground, it is recommended that digging friends clean the dirt near the sprocket and guide wheel with a shovel after work every day to prevent freezing the next day).
