How to check the daily maintenance of underground mine loaders

After the construction machinery equipment is put into use, whether it is a small loader, mine loader, scraper, self-feeding mixer truck should be timely and effective daily maintenance work is very important. Careful maintenance and timely detection of potential faults can reduce the probability of device failure, extend the service life of the device, and reduce expenses.
Whenever the machine is working for 8 to 10 hours, check the engine oil and hydraulic oil once, and add it as needed, but do not overfill it. Engine air filter: Check the display panel for a blinking service indicator and replace the filter when a service code appears. Engine cooling system: When the machine is cooling, check the coolant level and add pre-mixed coolant as needed. Timely clean oil coolers, radiators, fuel coolers, air conditioning condensers and rear grille debris.
Fuel filter: Clean the water in the oil water separator cup every 8 to 10 hours. Lifting arms, lifting links, cylinders, Bob-Tach systems, pivot pins, wedges: lubricate with appropriate butter as required. Check hydraulic hoses and lines for damage or leaks. Check that the parking brake, foot pedal, manual control and steering lever or joystick are working properly, and deal with them in time if they fail.
Check battery cables and connections, clean and tighten as needed. If your machine is not used very often, it is recommended to start the engine once a week for charging
Engine/hydrostatic belt: Check for wear or damage, adjust or replace as needed.
