2. Check the pump

Ion exchange resins prevent the formation of scale. Corrosion inhibitor can form a corrosion protection film in the coolant jacket to prevent oxidation. The freezing point and pour point are the targets of the low temperature fluidity of smooth oil, and the gender of the two is not standardized, but the measurement method is slightly different.
The freezing point and pouring point of the same smooth oil are not exactly the same, and the pouring point is usually 2-3 ° C higher than the freezing point.
Six, equipment three leakage maintenance
Thermal expansion and cold contraction in the hydraulic system, gas path, water seals, especially rubber O-rings, rectangular rings and other seals are more significant, when the temperature continues to be below 0 ° C, the machine will show oil leakage, leakage, water leakage, especially when the temperature continues to be close to -10 ° C.
