There is iron powder inside the excavator , including iron powder in the excavator hydraulic oil, hydraulic oil tank, oil circuit, radiator, pump, motor, oil cylinder and so on.

Iron powder removal method inside excavator :

Method 1: Filter hydraulic oil, put magnet iron powder in the hydraulic tank;

Method 2: Clean all hydraulic oil circuits, but also clean the control valve, replace the hydraulic filter element and so on;

Method 3: Discharge the hydraulic oil, use a magnet to absorb the iron powder in the hydraulic tank, and then add diesel, work for about ten minutes, discharge the diesel, clean all the main control valve spool;

Method 4: In addition to the above three methods, there is to change the hydraulic oil several times, so as to exclude the iron powder in the hydraulic tubing of the entire excavator ;

Method five: First clean the oil return part of the hydraulic tank, then clean the middle arm oil tank, then clean the pipeline controlling the middle arm oil tank, and then the main control valve controls the valve group of the middle arm, and then discharge the hydraulic oil, put it in the barrel and so on after precipitation can continue to use.
