If the new excavators suddenly slows down, it is necessary to first simplify and then complex, from the following aspects to check: First check whether the circuit fuse is open or short; Whether the pilot pressure is normal; Servo control valve - whether the servo piston is stuck; Distributor confluence failure; Eliminate other possibilities, and finally disassemble the hydraulic pump.

3. The excavators is weak
The weakness of the whole machine is divided into several aspects. First, the engine sharply slows down when the external load is large, which is manifested in the following two aspects:
(1) Check the engine power first as mentioned above. Yes Check whether hydraulic displacement follows constant power output. That is, the swash plate Angle can be adjusted to reduce the displacement without affecting the speed.

(2) The engine does not slow down when the load is large, and the system speed is normal; It is necessary to debug the system pressure, because the hydraulic components used by various manufacturers are different from the hydraulic system, the hydraulic cylinder pressure is different, as long as it is adjusted according to the manufacturer's standards. In addition, if the pressure of the relief valve is not adjusted when the relief valve is in good condition, it is necessary to check the adjustment system of the hydraulic pump, and even the cylinder block of the hydraulic pump, the valve plate, the plunger and other parts.
