Generally speaking, the common reason that the engine is easy to heat in summer is that the maintenance is not in place, such as the engine coolant deficit, or the heat dissipation efficiency of the spring catkins attached to the radiator is reduced. The solution to such problems is mainly through maintenance and maintenance to ensure the quality and quantity of engine coolant, clean the surface of the radiator and ensure the normal operation of the engine cooling system.

In order to better control the pump engine temperature, please remember the following:

(1) The engine coolant must use regular antifreeze, and the antifreeze must be in the effective period and the liquid quantity must be sufficient. If a failure causes a loss of liquid, the amount of water added should not exceed 10% of the total coolant. In hot climates, water evaporation is particularly fast, and the pump truck in the summer construction peak period of continuous work is more, so it is not recommended to use water as the engine coolant of the pump truck;

(2) Before spring, a layer of gauze should be installed in front of the engine radiator to keep the radiator clean. In addition, pay attention to clean the gauze regularly. After the arrival of summer, the gauze should be removed to facilitate the flow of air in the engine radiator;
