5, when the spraying car is spraying concrete, if there is suddenly no material at the nozzle, there are generally two situations:
(1) Occurs when the pipe is about to be blocked, when the feed pipeline is not blocked, but the feed condition inside the feed pipeline deteriorates, the vibrator should be closed, and the mix in the feed pipeline is sprayed out, and the pressure in the pipeline returns to the normal working range.
(2) Pipe blockage occurs, the material pipeline has been blocked, then the machine should be shut down, and then start to clean the material pipeline, when confirming that there is no fault in the pipeline, please restart the machine according to the boot operation procedure to resume normal work.
