Control engine temperature
In general, the common reason that the engine is easy to overheat in the summer is that the maintenance is not in place, such as the engine coolant deficit, or the heat dissipation efficiency of the spring catkins attached to the radiator is reduced.
The solution to such problems is mainly through maintenance and maintenance to ensure the quality and quantity of engine coolant, clean the surface of the radiator and ensure the normal operation of the engine cooling system.
In order to better control the pump engine temperature, please remember the following:
(1) The engine coolant must use regular antifreeze, and the antifreeze must be in the effective period and the liquid quantity must be sufficient. If a failure causes a loss of liquid, the amount of water added should not exceed 10% of the total coolant. In hot climates, water evaporation is particularly fast, and the pump truck in the summer construction peak period of continuous work is more, so it is not recommended to use water as the engine coolant of the pump truck;
(2) Before spring, a layer of gauze should be installed in front of the engine radiator to keep the radiator clean. In addition, pay attention to clean the gauze regularly. After the arrival of summer, the gauze should be removed to facilitate the flow of air in the engine radiator;
(3) Improve the continuity of concrete supply as much as possible by strengthening communication, and reduce the idle running time of the pump truck in a sun-exposed environment.
Pay attention to the operating temperature of hydraulic oil
The ambient temperature in summer is close to the lower limit of the normal working temperature of the hydraulic system of the pump truck, so the pumping work will inevitably cause the rapid rise of the temperature of the hydraulic oil. The increase of temperature will reduce the viscosity of hydraulic oil, resulting in poor lubrication effect.
At the same time, the parts of the hydraulic system tend to increase interference under the action of thermal expansion and cold contraction, which causes the wear of the parts to intensify.
Therefore, the working temperature of hydraulic oil should be strictly controlled under high temperature environment.
(1) In the temperature environment of about 35 ° C, 46# anti-wear hydraulic oil should be selected; If the temperature exceeds 35 ° C for a long time, 68# anti-wear hydraulic oil should be selected;
(2) The hydraulic oil must be replaced regularly to ensure the quality and cleanliness of the hydraulic oil;
(3) For the pumping unit of the open hydraulic system, ensure that the working condition of the hydraulic oil radiator is normal, and if necessary, water can be slowly sprayed on the radiator or the main return pipe to assist in cooling;
(4) For the pump unit of the closed hydraulic system, in addition to paying attention to the radiator, if necessary, water can be slowly sprayed in the main cylinder to assist in heat dissipation;
(5) No matter what kind of working principle of the pumping system, when the hydraulic oil temperature exceeds the normal working temperature, the pump must be suspended to cool the system, and long-term overtemperature work will bring significant losses to the hydraulic system.
Use grease correctly
High pressure injection of lithium grease is the main means of lubricating the rotating parts in contact with concrete in the work of pump truck. The increase in temperature will also reduce the viscosity of lithium grease, so special attention should be paid to the following two aspects:
(1) After the temperature exceeds 30 ° C, 0# lithium grease must be used, and 00# or 000# lithium grease must not be used. These unsuitable lithium-based greases should be well stored for use in autumn and winter;
(2) After the viscosity of the grease decreases, the fluidity becomes stronger, so it should be ensured that the rotating parts using the grease have a good sealing effect to prevent the rapid loss of the grease from the gap without lubrication.
