1. Use and maintenance

1, because the machine is filled with anti-rust oil and transportation, inventory will inevitably invade dust, the new machine must be disassembled and cleaned before use. After reassembly, it should be run at low pressure (0.3Mpa) or half a car for 3 to 5 minutes before use to check whether it is normal.

2. When connecting gas and water pipes, the stolen goods in the pipe should be blown first to avoid debris entering the machine and damaging the parts.

3. Before starting the machine, it is necessary to carefully check whether the connection of each thread and clamp ring is reliable and whether the operation handle is flexible; Fill the lubricator with lubricating oil and adjust the oil valve. During the working process, the oil should generally be checked or injected into the oil injector once every hour. Oil-free operation is strictly prohibited!

4, the machine should start the car first, and gradually open the whole car drilling while the air leg lifting force is gradually increased. Do not suddenly run the whole car when the air leg thrust is maximum, and should not run the whole car empty for a long time to avoid chafing and damage to parts. When pulling the bit, it should be appropriate to drive half the car.

5, at the end of the work, the water pipe should be closed first, and then after running for a while, to blow the residual water droplets in the machine to prevent parts rust.

6, frequently used machines, should pay attention to regular maintenance and maintenance. Repair at least once a week, remove stolen goods in the machine, pay attention to replace damaged and failed parts. 7. The used machine, if it needs to be stored for a long time, should be disassembled, cleaned, oiled and sealed, and placed in a cool and dry place.
