First, check before starting the machine
1. Check the fuel oil level, discharge and drain the fuel tank.
2. Check the oil level and oil quality.
3. Check the hydraulic oil level, hose and oil quality.

5. Check the oil level and oil quality of the travelling reducer.
6. Check the cooling level and check whether the water pipes are cracked or permeated.
7. Check whether the bearing butter of the rotary mechanism is enough.
8. Check whether the rotary ring butter is enough.
9. Add butter to each pin and lubrication point, and squeeze out the old oil from the oil passage if necessary.
10. Check whether the engine foot pad is in good condition.
11. Check the tension of fan belt and engine belt to see if it is aging.
12. Check the tension of the track.
13. Check the working condition of the instrument.
14. Check the tightness of the bolts.

Second, operation check
1. When the ambient temperature is lower than 3 ° C, turn on the preheating switch before starting the machine.
2. Before starting the engine, remove the turbocharger inlet pipe and add appropriate amount of oil to ensure the lubrication of the turboshaft.
3. Start the machine, idle the engine for 5-10 minutes, no load operation so that the hydraulic oil temperature up to 40℃, cycle all hydraulic functions several times, and then construction.
4. If the machine is not used for a long time, the thin oil layer on the sliding surface may be damaged. It is necessary to cycle and rotate the hydraulic function 2-3 times to lubricate the sliding surface.
5. In freezing weather, before walking, turn the upper frame to 90 degree position, prop up the track, idling several times before and after, and get rid of the dirt impurities around the sprocket, heavy support wheel and guide wheel.
6. Drain and discharge the oil-water separator.
Environmental inspection
(1) Check the construction machinery parking place around the entrance and exit should be set up safety warning signs, parking position should be reasonable, in order to adapt to their own movement required space, the surrounding environment can not pose a danger to the movement of construction machinery.
2. The site should be flat and solid, so that the construction machinery can enter and exit freely, and it is easy to evacuate in an emergency.
3. There should be sufficient lighting at night, fire equipment should be reasonably configured, and fire prevention and explosion-proof work should be done.
