What should excavators pay attention to when working on muddy water and soft ground?

(1) If the river bed is flat and the water flow speed is slow, the operating depth in the water should be below the center line of the sprocket.
If the condition of the river bed is poor and the water flow speed is fast, it is necessary to pay attention to not making water or sand invade the slewing support mechanism, slewing pinion, central slewing joint, etc. If water or sand invade the rotary bearing, the rotary pinion ring and the central rotary joint, new butter or rotary bearing should be replaced immediately, and the operation should be suspended and repaired in time.
(2) When working on the soft ground, the ground may fall bit by bit, and you should always pay attention to the lower part of the body when working.
(3) When working on soft ground, be careful not to exceed the sinking depth of the machine

For heavy duty jobs or deep digging jobs, butter the working device connection pins before each job. After each butter addition, operate the boom, rod and bucket several times and then add more butter until the old butter is squeezed out.
