The crane transmission device is a key component of engineering machinery vehicles, which changes the transmission ratio of the engine crankshaft through a single-beam transmission. Double-beam cranes mainly include lifting mechanisms, operating mechanisms, luffing mechanisms, slewing mechanisms and metal structures. When the meshing sleeve is engaged with the gear ring of the auxiliary transmission, the planetary gear shaft, the output shaft, the planetary gear ring of the crane and the input shaft gear of the auxiliary transmission are fixed at the lower gear and rotate synchronously, so that the auxiliary transmission enters (direct gear), and the five gear ratios of the main transmission are equal to the five smaller transmission ratios of the combined transmission. Since the two transmission ratios are very close, the smaller transmission ratio is omitted to form a 9-speed transmission.

The brake system device of the single-beam crane is mainly divided into two types: brakes and stoppers. The stopper can only make the shaft rotate freely in one direction, and cannot absorb kinetic energy, and can only support and keep objects stationary. The working mechanism of the crane should be equipped with brakes in most cases. Only in the following basic conditions can the brake be installed: 1. The mechanism is driven by a cylinder that makes a linear lifting motion, and the locking oil circuit can stop the mechanism. 2. The manual mode operation service mechanism of the bridge crane is not affected by wind or slope force.
