(2) The installation deviation of the track beam must meet the following requirements, otherwise the track beam must be adjusted before it is allowed to be leveled with concrete.
1. The deviation between the top elevation of the beam and the design elevation is +10mm-5mm.
2. The displacement of the reserved bolt holes and the reserved bolts on the beam to the center of the beam has a deviation of 5mm.
3. The center position of the beam deviates from the design positioning axis by 5mm.
(Construction requirements for concrete leveling layer
1. The strength of the concrete leveling layer is C30, and the thickness is 30-50mm.
2. The top surface of the leveling layer must be leveled and polished, and there must be no exposed stones or unevenness. It is not allowed to use cement concrete mortar on different surfaces without leveling.
3. According to the measured track beam surface elevation, determine the appropriate control elevation of the top surface of the concrete leveling layer, and set the track beam control elevation reference point every 214-310m.
Four. During the construction process, it is necessary to measure and check with instruments at any time. The top surface of the leveling layer must meet the following requirements: The inner bolt is within the bolt width of 400mm, and the top surface of any 610m long is not leveled, and the top surface elevation difference is 3mm; The elevation difference of each bolt top surface is 5m.
5. Use instruments to measure, adjust the elevation of the reference point, determine the reference line of the top elevation of the leveling layer, then install the template, remove the debris on the top surface of the track beam and the bolt hole, and block the upper mouth of the bolt hole.
6. After sprinkling water to moisten, the concrete pouring process can be completed.
7. The concrete is mechanically mixed, and maintenance is strengthened during construction. The track can be installed only after the concrete test block reaches 75% of the design strength value.
Therefore, only after the concrete track beam is installed can the single-beam crane enter the working state safely.
