Safety measures after starting the skid steer loader

1. Eliminate the faults on the road outside the skid loader first, especially pay attention to iron blocks, water channels and other obstructions to avoid cutting the tires.

2. After the skid loader engine is started, wait until the brake pressure reaches the static pressure before preparing to start, so as to ensure the quietness of the brake during driving. If there is an emergency brake, press the buttons of the emergency brake valve and the parking brake valve (the button can only be pressed when the air pressure reaches the allowable starting air pressure, otherwise it will jump up actively), so that when the emergency brake and the parking brake are released, you can start in the first gear. If there is no emergency brake, just put down the parking brake handle and release the parking brake to start.

3. Adjust the rearview mirror so that the driver has a good view after sitting down.

4. Make sure that the horn, reversing signal light and all safety devices of the skid loader are working properly.

5. When you are about to start, or when checking, turning left or right, you should first honk the horn to warn the surrounding staff to be quiet.

6. Before starting the operation, try all the joysticks, pedals and steering wheels to ensure that they are in normal condition. Pay special attention to checking whether the steering and braking are complete. Before starting the operation, make sure that the steering and braking are completely normal.

7. When operating the skid steer loader, try to stop too many tires and excessive slippage; try to stop two wheels from hanging in the air, and do not allow continuous operation with only two wheels on the ground.

8. As a tractor, it is only allowed to be connected to the traction device. No one is allowed to stand between the towed object and the loader, and a certain quiet interval is maintained to prevent noise and accidents.

9. When driving, place the bucket at a height of about 400mm from the ground. When operating on mountain slopes or over canals or other stagnant places, you should slow down, make small turns, and pay attention to prevent tipping. When the loading surface begins to slide to one side on a steep slope, it must be unloaded immediately to prevent further sliding.
