The cleaning oil of the gear reducer should be replaced every six months, and it should be carried out at the same time as maintenance. The oil level of the single-beam crane reducer should be filled below the lower graduation line of the cursor. When there is a lack of oil, the oil should not exceed the oil mark on the scale line, so that the gear is lower and the gear is filled with oil, which is enough to ensure sufficient lubrication.

The lubricating bearings in the single-beam crane reducer use nut-type oil cups. At room temperature, 1# cap-based grease can be used, and it should be filled 12 times per shift, and the cap should be tightened 1-2 times each time. Under high temperature conditions, calcium-sodium-based grease with a higher viscosity should be used, and it should be filled 2-3 times per shift, and the cap should be tightened 1-2 times each time.

The rolling bearings in the single-beam crane reducer should use calcium-based grease at normal operating temperature, and the grease should be changed every six months. In the design reducer of large truck cranes, the bearing system is generally supplied with oil by an oil pump. It is only necessary to check the oil level and the actual working conditions of the oil pump to ensure normal lubrication of the enterprise.
