1. When installing a breaker, it is necessary to add an oil pipe, a crushing low-pressure sensor, and a crushing mode switch at the reserved valve core. This switch is generally installed under the key switch. The purpose of adding this switch is to make the hydraulic flow and the crushing mode more compatible.
2. How to adjust the breaker mode
▊ The super 8 car only has H and S modes. After the breaker is installed, it works in S mode. The S mode on the display screen will keep flashing when the breaker is working. This is normal.
▊ The -8 car has A, B, H, and S modes. If the breaker is installed, you can adjust the B mode by directly pressing the mode switch.
Common malfunctions of breaker
1. The breaker speed is too slow
▊ Check whether the breaker overflow valve is working normally.
▊ Check whether the pressure of the main overflow valve is normal.
▊ There is a frequency modulation valve on the breaker, which can adjust the frequency. Too fast a frequency will affect the piston oil seal in the breaker.
2. The breaker is weak
▊ Check whether the nitrogen of the breaker is sufficient.
▊ Check whether the pressure of the optional low-pressure sensor is 3.5 MPa and about 4.5V. You can check it on page 35 of the service diagnosis mode.
▊ Confirm whether the hydraulic oil is sufficient.
3. The hydraulic oil temperature is high when breaking the hammer
▊ Working with a large throttle will not increase the impact force, and will also cause abnormal temperature rise of the hydraulic oil, which will also cause great damage to the hydraulic system.
▊ The oil seal of the breaker is damaged and has not been replaced for a long time, resulting in blockage of the one-way valve of the hydraulic system.
