4. The air filter cannot be removed. After igniting with cotton yarn dipped in diesel, it can be put into the intake pipe to start ignition. In this way, at the start, the dusty air from the outside is directly sucked into the cylinder without filtration, causing abnormal wear of parts such as the piston and cylinder, and also causing the diesel engine to run unsteadily and damage the machine. .
5. The serious consequences of low-temperature load operation: it will cause serious wear of the machine. Therefore, after the diesel engine is started and ignited in winter, it should idle at low or medium speed for several minutes, and then be put into load operation after the cooling water temperature reaches 63°C.
