If there is a fault in the hydraulic cylinder of the loader, it will hinder our use. Here we will share with you the method of judging the leakage position of the hydraulic cylinder of the loader, so that you can quickly judge, repair and use it better.
Lower the loader boom to the bottom, then start the engine (the machine is in the neutral position), put the boom control lever in the lowering position, increase the throttle, and judge the quality of the small cavity oil seal according to the oil leakage at the large cavity interface of the loosened boom cylinder. If there is a lot of oil leakage at the large cavity interface, it means that the cylinder oil seal is poorly sealed or damaged; if there is no oil leakage at the loosened interface, it means that the small cavity oil seal of the boom cylinder has good sealing performance. If the large cavity oil seal is damaged, it will cause the raised boom to fall automatically. The judgment method is opposite to the judgment method of the small cavity oil seal.
