Why does the loader boom automatically drop?

In the process of using the loader, I believe many friends will find that its boom sometimes automatically drops after a long time. What is the reason for this? You will understand after reading the following introduction.
There are four reasons why the loader boom automatically drops after lifting:

1. The operating mechanism of the boom operating slide valve is improperly adjusted, so that the boom slide valve is not completely in the middle position. Check whether the operating mechanism is adjusted in the middle.

2. The piston seal ring of the boom cylinder is damaged or the cylinder barrel is damaged, causing serious internal leakage of the cylinder. The seal should be replaced or the boom cylinder should be replaced.

3. The valve stem of the boom slide valve of the distribution valve is excessively worn and the seal is not tight. The distribution valve (multi-way valve) should be replaced.

4. The safety valve on the distribution valve (multi-way valve) is damaged, causing internal leakage.

The method to determine whether the automatic lowering of the boom is caused by the distribution valve (multi-way valve) or the cylinder is as follows: lift the boom to the highest position, move the boom valve stem to the middle position, and listen to whether there is any sound at the boom cylinder. If there is a "bang, bang" sound, the distribution valve is faulty. If there is no sound, it may be a problem with the cylinder, and the cylinder should be disassembled for inspection.

During the use of the loader, it must be checked and maintained regularly and used safely.
