1. Engine. Since engines are common and everyone knows about them, I won't say more about them here.
2. There are three pumps on the torque converter on the forklift parts. The working pump is used to supply lifting and dumping bucket pressure oil. The steering pump can supply steering pressure oil. The variable speed pump, also known as the travel pump, is used to supply torque converter and gearbox pressure oil. Some models of steering pumps are also equipped with pilot pumps to supply pilot pressure oil for the control valve.
3. Working hydraulic oil circuit: hydraulic oil tank, working pump, multi-way valve, lifting cylinder and dumping bucket cylinder.
4. In the travel oil circuit, there are gearbox oil pan oil, travel pump, one way into the torque converter and one way into the gear valve, gearbox clutch.
5. The drive in the forklift parts includes the drive shaft, main differential, and wheel-side reducer.
6. In the steering oil circuit, there are oil tank, steering pump, steady flow valve (or priority valve), steering gear, and steering cylinder.
7. The gearbox can be divided into two types in forklift parts: integrated (planetary type) and split (fixed axis type).
