What is the reason why the agricultural excavator is weak in walking?

The most common fault in the walking process of agricultural excavators is that they are weak. Sometimes they are unilateral faults and sometimes they are both sides. The reasons for this fault are generally as follows:

1. Internal leakage and oil leakage of the central swivel joint.

The central swivel joint of the agricultural excavator is an important hub for the upper body hydraulic circuit to connect to the chassis. When the sealing effect of the central swivel joint is poor, internal leakage or oil leakage will occur. The hydraulic oil driving the hydraulic motor cannot completely reach the hydraulic motor. Part of the hydraulic oil returns to the tank through other circuits, causing pressure loss in the hydraulic circuit, resulting in weak hydraulic motor.

2. Internal leakage and failure of the walking motor.

The walking system consists of a walking balance valve, a walking safety valve, a walking speed switching valve, a walking speed switching cylinder, a walking brake cylinder, a throttle valve and a walking motor. When a valve group has internal leakage, it will cause pressure loss in the walking system hydraulic circuit, resulting in weak walking.

3. Insufficient pressure of the hydraulic pump and failure of the pump control circuit.

Insufficient pressure of the hydraulic main pump is also an important reason for the lack of power in walking. The main reasons for the lack of pressure of the hydraulic pump are internal leakage of the pump and failure of the pump control system, resulting in pressure loss.

4. Internal leakage of the main control valve.

The main control valve is a valve group with multiple valve cores. When the working time is long or the hydraulic oil contains impurities, the valve core will be worn. When the valve core of the hydraulic circuit of the control walking system is worn too much, internal leakage will occur, causing pressure loss in the hydraulic circuit, resulting in lack of power in walking.

5. Insufficient pressure of the secondary pressure oil of the pilot system.

The secondary pressure oil of the pilot system is output by the proportional control valve. When the walking operation valve of the agricultural excavator cab leaks or gets stuck, the pilot secondary pressure oil pressure will be insufficient, and the valve core of the main control valve cannot be pushed into place, resulting in a decrease in the flow of the hydraulic circuit of the walking system.

The above points are the main reasons for the lack of power in the walking of agricultural excavators. After understanding these, when encountering similar faults in the future, the construction workers can solve them by themselves.
