2. Determine the surrounding environment of the machine. After the crawler falls off, try to choose a spacious, flat and hard site. If there are obstacles such as piles of soil, stones, branches, etc. around the crawler, you can use the excavator bucket to sweep it flat and maintain a certain range of rotation and walking.
3. Determine the degree of excavator shedding. If the shedding is caused by the breakage of objects or other faults, the repair personnel should be notified in time for repair. Check whether there is soil and sand mixed in the crawler of the excavator. If there are a large number of objects mixed, they need to be cleaned in time. It is understood that most of the reasons for the crawler shedding are that there are too many debris in the crawler device, which falls off during steering operation, especially the crawler link of the machine in poor condition has a large gap after wear, which is more likely to fall off.
4. Use a wrench or socket to remove the crawler grease nipple, use the excavator bucket to support the crawler on the side where the crawler falls off and rotate the crawler. The grease will be squeezed out and the drive wheel will retract.
