Precautions before starting the agricultural mini excavator

Whether the excavator is good or not depends on how well it is maintained. Let me talk to you about the precautions for agricultural micro excavators.
1. Choose diesel of different grades according to different ambient temperatures. Winter is coming, and equipment in different areas should choose suitable diesel according to their lowest temperature; inferior fuel cannot be used, let alone impurities mixed in the fuel.
2. Before starting the machine every day, open the drain valve at the bottom of the fuel tank to drain the water deposited by the fuel the night before and the accumulated water in the oil-water separator.
3. Read the oil level of the fuel tank from the instrument panel, add if less; confirm whether the working time and various data on the instrument are normal.
4. Check whether the oil level and water level of the engine and hydraulic system are within the normal range.
5. Before starting the machine, all parts that need to be lubricated must be filled with butter (lubricating oil twice a day).
6. Check whether all fastening nuts and bolts of the vehicle are loose or lost, and deal with them in time.
7. Check whether the piston rod of the working device cylinder is injured, the degree of burnt layer falls off, and the piston rod is out of round. If so, it is strictly forbidden to start the machine.
8. Check the tightness of the crawler track and whether the bolts of the crawler walking parts are loose (hinge pin, crawler plate, supporting wheel, guide wheel).
9. Check the tension of the engine wind belt and adjust it in time.
10. Check the wear of the bucket teeth and replace the corresponding bucket teeth according to different working conditions.
11. It is forbidden to roast the oil pan with open flame and preheat with the preheating plug for a long time.
12. It is forbidden to start the engine for a long time; long-term starting will damage the battery. Each start time shall not exceed 10S. If the engine cannot be started once, the power should be turned off and wait for 15S before starting. If it cannot be started for three consecutive times, the cause of the fault needs to be checked.
13. It is forbidden to pull high speed or work directly after starting the engine. It is necessary to idle for 5 minutes to warm up the engine; when shutting down, it is forbidden to shut down the engine at high speed or with load.
14. Before starting the machine, you must check the conditions around the equipment and sound the horn to warn, and only start the machine after confirming that it is safe.
